Students in the aerospace management program can pursue concentrations in:

  • flight operations
  • aviation business
  • aviation maintenance operations
  • aviation technical systems
  • aerospace management/criminal justice

 

Students are prepared to earn their FAA certificates and ratings in a number of areas including: private, instrument, commercial, flight instructor, multi-engine, instrument instructor and multi-engine instructor.

Averett is on the cutting edge of aeronautics training. The University leads the state in the development of NASA's Small Aircraft Transportation System (SATS).
