| 1. Those whose classes meet across 2 or more periods may select an exam period but an announcement should be made of the exam date by November 14. |
| 2. By agreement of the faculty, no student or class is to be given a final examination earlier than the scheduled time. The third exam period on Wednesday, December 10 may be used for any exam which is not administered during the scheduled time. |
| 3. No student may be required to sit for more than 2 exams on any one day. If the student's schedule should result in three exams on the same day, the student may arrange with the instructor of his/her choice for a late exam in that course. |
| 4. By agreement of faculty, if an exam is not to be given, the class must meet at the scheduled exam time. |
