Duplicate Diplomas

Averett College graduates who wish to order an Averett University diploma should complete the Duplicate Diploma Request Form (PDF) and mail it to:

There is a $30.00 charge fee for each request for a duplicate diploma.

Please make checks payable to Averett University. If ordering by fax, Averett accepts VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Allow 6-8 weeks for delivery.

Please note that the replacement diplomas will be 8.5 x 11 inches in size and in the style that is currently in use by the university. Duplicate diplomas will contain the signatures of the present administration. Unfortunately we are unable to affix decals indicating honor society membership on duplicate diplomas.
