Welcome & General Information—Learn about Averett University, the Admissions process, and financial aid opportunities.   Question & Answer Panel—Students will join Student Ambassadors in Grousbeck Music Center to ask questions of a panel comprised of current Averett students. Parents will remain in Blount Chapel and will have the opportunity to ask questions of a panel comprised of individuals from admissions, financial aid, student development, campus security, and academics.  

Faculty Session – Faculty from various departments and student organizations will be on hand to answer questions.  Information will be set up in a college fair format to give the parents and students an insight into all that Averett has to offer.

  Main Campus Tour—Walking tours of the campus will be led by Student Ambassadors.  During the tour, you will learn about the history of our university while visiting the academic buildings and residence halls.  Our student guides enjoy answering questions and sharing their perspectives of the university.  Dining Hall—Enjoy a complimentary lunch to end the day.   Auxiliary Tour -- Students who are interested in majoring in Aerospace Management or Equestrian Studies will have the opportunity to tour the Flight Center and Equestrian Center, respectively.  Student athletes and those wishing to major in Athletic Training, Physical Education, or Sports Wellness or Management will have the opportunity to tour North Campus, which houses our athletic facility, playing fields and classrooms.
