Averett strives to enrich the cultural life of this region and to cultivate an appreciation for the arts in our students. Engagement in the arts is a central aspect of our liberal arts education.

Our annual Concert-Lecture Series is an integral part of the Arts@Averett. Through this series we bring theatre productions, concerts, lectures and other cultural events to the Danville community each year.
