NEW Study Abroad Opportunity

Averett University is pleased to announce a study abroad agreement with Dundee University in Dundee, Scotland. Averett students may take courses for one or two semesters at Dundee and transfer credit hours to Averett. Many departments at Averett have already approved courses that will transfer. Students typically take three courses per semester for the equivalent of 15 semester hours at AU. Dundee University is renowned for its medical research, life sciences, mathematical/engineering, art and design divisions.

Dundee’s promotional brochure for study abroad students states: “We offer a unique and challenging education mixed with a broad range of extra-curricular activities and clubs. From the classroom to the dance floor we’ve got something that’ll suit your taste. Our slogan is ‘Serious Fun’ and we intend to live up to it.”

Students may view a Power Point slide show about Dundee.
